In this article, I aim to discuss the concept of value. While it may seem unconventional at first glance, I believe it's crucial to explore the principles underlying the law of value, particularly in the context of real estate and the role of your real estate agent. To begin, I'll outline three key methods through which real estate agents demonstrate and provide value to their clients.

When I refer to the concept of the "value sandwich" here's what I'm getting at. Primarily, during consultations or strategy sessions with our sellers, my focus is on cultivating trust and showcasing my expertise and experience.

I make it explicitly clear that I operate as a fiduciary. But what does that entail? A fiduciary is an individual entrusted with the duty to prioritize the client's best interests above all else.
